provide quick service. We currently have locations
in Brookfield, Chicago, Merrionette Park, Arlington Heights,
Naperville, Joliet and Merrillville, IN. Future plans include locations in north central Indiana, southwest Wisconsin,
and northwest Illinois.

MD Lab always utilizes practitioners who are either ABC certified, board eligible, or trained by an institution recognized
by NCOPE. We are proudest that our credentials are impeccable, and our care second to none.
